Medical Director Dr. Faryal Mallick is a triple board-certified physician specializing in child, adolescent, adult, and forensic psychiatry. Ryan Bradley, PA-C, CAQ-Psychiatry, is a doctorally trained psychiatric Physician Assistant/Associate with extensive experience. Amanda Brunson, MSW, LCSW, and Katie O’Brien, MSW, LCSW, are licensed clinical social workers who provide compassionate and comprehensive care. Together, our team delivers timely and targeted behavioral health services for a wide range of mental health conditions.

Ryan S. Bradley, PA-C, CAQ-PSY
Owner of Dragonfly Behavioral Health Services
Ryan Bradley, PA-C, CAQ-PSY, is a doctorally trained psychiatric Physician Assistant providing in-person medication management and psychotherapy in the Shalimar, Florida area, as well as telehealth services across the state.
PA Bradley offers care to children, adolescents, and adults, ranging from ages 5 to 62. With extensive knowledge and experience, Ryan specializes in managing mood disorders, personality disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Dr. Faryal Mallick, MD
Owner of FMP Family Psychiatry, Tampa, FL
Dr. Mallick is the medical director of Dragonfly BHS, and practices in Tampa, FL. As a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist, Dr. Mallick treats patients of all ages, with a particular emphasis on individuals ages 5 to 50. She has extensive experience in treating patients from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+ identifying individuals.
Dr. Mallick has special experience with patients that have experienced trauma, and suffer from PTSD and/or Borderline Personality Disorder. She treats a variety of other psychiatric illnesses, such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, etc. She also works with defiant children, developing teenagers, transitional age high school and college students; with a focus on the entire family rather than the individual themself.
Dr. Mallick utilizes psychotherapy in combination with medication to provide a holistic treatment to her patients. She has received training in a variety of psychotherapy modalities, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mentalization-based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Therapy, and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

Amanda Brunson, MSW, LCSW

Amanda is an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Level II trained therapist. She utilizes EMDR and other therapeutic interventions to help her patients with trauma recovery, substance abuse recovery, depression, anxiety and other life-adjustment challenges.

Katie O'Brien, MSW, LCSW
Owner of Blue Iris Counseling and Consulting
Katie trusts in the therapeutic process that encourages self-growth, created from an accepting and collaborative experience. Katie received her Master of Social Work Degree with an emphasis in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University.
Katie utilizes trauma-informed approaches with patients of all ages. She is an EMDR Level II trained therapist and uses this as well as many other evidence-based interventions to assist her patients in overcoming challenges. Most of her work has focused on those affected by trauma, conflict, school issues and other life transitions.
